Then, our design and developers created a new website with a modern look and feel aimed at increasing enquiries through better showcasing of products and an improved user journey.
That approach has helped to improve the user experience with customers now staying on the site for longer and viewing more pages per visit, all the while helping to reduce the site’s bounce rate.
Dark and uninspiring has been replaced with light, bright, and welcoming.
On some multi-lingual websites, switching between languages can feel like a real chore. For example, having to navigate back to find the contact page again because the site has taken you back to the homepage by default when changing language selection. Pinpoint’s contact page in English flips to the equivalent contact page in Spanish or German when selected, without all that extra navigation, thus keeping an engaged prospect on the website more likely. It’s small touches like that which make the user experience feel easy and smooth, rather than cumbersome and unwelcoming. Now, Pinpoint has a website which will help the business flourish.
