The Brief

The owner/MD contacted us after seeing a post from us on LinkedIn spurred him to check us out and was impressed enough to start a conversation. Like so many businesses they’re route to market was through events which stopped when the pandemic hit. He realised he needed to source a new route to market and digital was the perfect vehicle.

 

We carried out a full digital audit of their digital presence with the view of injecting more momentum into their online marketing to uncover new markets. In the discovery sessions one the the finding was  the staff found their old site was outdated and didn’t have the visual ‘wow factor’ needed to impress potential clients and candidates in such a competitive industry. So, we were asked to complete a total redesign of the Baker Charles site as the starting point.

 

It was also hugely important make finding the new website easy for companies that need the help of Baker Charles to source the best candidates for their jobs. The site’s first target is businesses looking to recruit the perfect client and secondary offering an interactive search facility for individuals looking for employment. Potential clients must be able to find the recruitment agency easily online, and their new website needed to incorporate landing pages for a pay per click advertising campaign also being run by Web Adept.

 

The Baker Charles team also wanted to integrate their specialist jobs platform into their website to advertise available positions, helping candidates search for open jobs easily, and we added a live chat function to ensure potential clients and candidates can get the answers they need when they need them.

We integrated the Pay Per Click  landing pages, allowing them to be tracked, and our copywriter ensured the right keywords and phrases were used in the content to help the site’s Search Engine Optimisation and ensure it is found in online searches.

 

There is full integration of the specialist jobs platform and live chat, plus we added buttons for Baker Charles’ social media accounts and a link to WhatsApp to make contacting them so easy! As our brief was to help the company expand its client base, our talented marketers worked closely with our expert website designers and developers to emphasise the lasting benefits of Baker Charles’ services to clients.
